Terms of Service 2026

Sessions run to the Wokingham borough term dates (found here). Extra sessions can be arranged during half term holidays at request.

Payment is in advance of sessions. I have a 24 hour calculation policy otherwise sessions will be chargeable. Outside of the 24 hour policy cancelled sessions can be rearranged to another day within the same week. Exam students will only be invoiced for sessions up to their final exam date unless additional sessions have been arranged.

If you choose to pay at the discounted rate then this will be invoiced for the whole half term.

If you do not wish to have all sessions in the half term then sessions will be charged at the standard online session rate. More than one unpaid cancellation in a half term will result in your session time being readvertised for another student.

Please ensure that you have a computer with a working microphone, camera and a good internet connection before starting sessions.

Sessions run for 55mins to the given time slot. Late arrival to sessions will not run past the finish time. If there are technical issues on my side that cause lesson disruption of more than 5 mins I will offer that additional time to run for the next week.
